My Dreamy Dollhouse Review by Mom Blog Society

All little girls love playing house and with dolls. They love using their imagination. Kid Kraft recently sent us the My Dreamy Dollhouse. This is unlike any dollhouse I had when I was little. I am very lucky to live next door to my niece. When I had the opportunity to work with Kid Kraft and reviewing their My Dreamy Dollhouse, I knew my niece and I would have hours of fun and laughs.

The My Dreamy Dollhouse is HUGE. It measures almost 48 inches tall! It was very easy to put the dollhouse together. It includes detailed, easy to follow step by step directions. The dollhouse is made of composite wood products, plastic and fabric.  This dollhouse is made to last and is very sturdy! When I saw the toy boxes at KidKraft, I saw a perfect dress-up box to replace the broken one in Brooke’s room. Not only is it solid wood, but it’s much larger than what she had, meaning it could hold all of her dress-up plus the boys’ dress-up, and likely have room for more!

My daughter was so excited when she saw this box leaning up against the wall in our den. I didn't say anything I just waited until she came home from school. All I heard was a big scream and her asking if she could open it.

It was delivered to us from KidKraft. KidKraft is one of the leading kids toy and furniture manufacturers and distributor store that carries toys that will allow your childs imagination to flourish. All their unique toys and licensed products are designed by engineers who not only designed great quality toys and furniture, they also made sure to make each product appealing and fun for kids.

KidKraft was established in 1968 and has been proven to be a pioneer in their industry for 40 years. When we opened the box, everyone was shocked as to how many panels and windows there were as with all the accessories that we had to put together. It was a huge box with lots of required parts.

The KidKraft Fairy Woodland Kitchen is every little girls dream. Its adorable design gives this kitchen a whimsical feel. The colors are bright and vibrant with some lighter shades mixed in. It’s absolutely beautiful!


The kitchen is made of composite wood materials with plastic accessories. It is very sturdy once built. My husband helped to put the kitchen together and it took him about an hour. He said the directions were fairly easy to follow.

I’m in love with the unique design of this kitchen. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen before.
A tree sits upon a corner and nestled in the tree are an owl, squirrel, and bird. The beautifully detailed woodland artwork is featured throughout the kitchen including behind the stove as well as on the oven and refrigerator doors.

The handles on the door resemble branches, it’s the perfect touch to this wonderful design. There are also branch pegs on the tree which would be the perfect spot for hanging kitchen accessories like utensils, a dish towel or potholder. The burners and sink are made out of plastic as well as the oven knobs and branch handles. The pretty flower oven knobs click and turn, and the sink handle turns as well. The oven and refrigerator offers lots of space for baking up pretend meals and storing play food. There’s also a cute pink shelf on the side for even more storage.

Words can’t quite describe how cute this kitchen is. If you have a little girl, she’s sure to love it! Although it’s recommended for ages three and up, my two year old has been playing with it and has really enjoyed it! This would definitely make a wonderful gift for the upcoming Holidays.
